Sharek Centre London is proud to partner with TELLAL Institute UAE in offering this ground-breaking programme in teaching Arabic Language in school context validated and accredited by Liverpool Hope University, the first UK programme of its kind. The IPGCetp Arabic Route Programme will be launched in February 2019.

Validated and approved by Liverpool Hope University, and in collaboration between Sharek Centre and TELLAL Institute UAE, the IPGCetp Arabic Route is an intensive professional learning and development programme that covers key areas needed to fulfil the essential requirements of competence to teach Arabic Language in the UK and in international school.

Student teachers who choose to enrol in this Specialist Arabic Route participate in an immersive and intensive training on the following areas:

– Arabic Language Awareness
– Arabic Language pedagogy (Arabic First Language – Arabic second Language)
– Principles of Learning and teaching
– School placements

IPGCetp Arabic Route Programme – Arabic Specialist Route is a Collaborative effort between Sharek Centre, London, one of the top Arabic language and culture institutions in the UK, and TELLAL institute, the leading teacher education institute in the Arab world and part of GEMS education, which is considered the leading global provider of international schools.

The programme is approved and validated by Liverpool hope University, UK.

This programme is delivered in Arabic and participants study and engage with theories and principles of teaching and learning, Arabic language Awareness, Arabic language pedagogy, as well as Arabic language learning and teaching for first language learners and second language learners through completing the following units:
